Life Expectancy of Architectural Membrane
Life expectancy of membrane is depending upon the material used for base cloth, coating and top coat.   In addition, the weather of the applied location will also affect the life length significantly.   Temperature and humidity will be the two major factors of weather variation.  Below is the reference for the life expectancy of typical membrane material.
